Bug Description

Hi, I've noticed as I mentioned in this discussion https://answers.launchpad.net/inkscape/+question/250841 I have noticed that whenever you try to load a WMF produced by ChemSketch (as was confirmed on a separate PC by Brynn) in Inkscape it renders it in a way that causes the letters in the 2D structures (like O, N, etc.) to be above where they were originally in the structure. See, for example, compared this (produced by Inkscape from the WMF) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1_sXH68hMWBcXlmaGRpVlpSWHc/edit?usp=sharing to this (produced with Scribus using the same WMF file) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Lofexidine2DACS.svg.

Not reproduced with current trunk (r13443) on OS X 10.7.5 (new cross-platform WMF/EMF support merged in r12488).

Likely also fixed with current Windows development snapshot builds …

@JazzyNico or @Alvin - any chance one of you could confirm this being fixed in development snapshot builds for Windows too (using the new internal EMF/WMF import)?

Not fixed on Windows XP with r13502 apparently.
The file preview is correct, but the letters are too small and wrongly positioned.

@JazzyNico - thx for testing. Keeping 'win32' tag for now.
