Bug Description

I've found a bug in how unity/compiz handles multiple desktops. Here are the steps to reproduce it.

1) Setup four virtual desktops in a 2x2 configuration
2) On the top-left desktop setup a terminal window maximized to the left side (by dragging it to the left edge so it uses the left half of the screen)
3) On the top-right desktop open up firefox and maximize it
4) Navigate to a page that needs scrolling
5) Try to scroll by moving the scrollbar on the right of the screen

What happens is that the mouse pointer gets grabbed by the resize target of the terminal window on the top-left screen.

Seems fine here. Can you still reproduce this?

I can't reproduce it with these exact steps anymore but the bug is still there. Here are simpler steps to reproduce it:

1) Setup four virtual desktops in a 2x2 configuration
2) On the top-left desktop setup a terminal window maximized to the left side (by dragging it to the left edge so it uses the left half of the screen)
3) Move to the top-right desktop
4) Move the mouse to the right edge and see that you can grab the left edge of the terminal

The same exact thing happens with the bottom-left and bottom-right desktops. It's as if the desktop is wrapping around from the right edge of the right desktop to the left edge of the left desktop.

I cannot reproduce here. Do you have cube plugin activated?

I don't think I've changed much from the default install. I can share whatever config files are relevant if it helps.

Wow, so bugs that no one has figured out how to fix just expire now? That's new. I understand when incomplete bugs get closed but this?
