Bug Description

Today I built what I believe to be v4.1.2 beta, as based on the stable/4.1 branch starting from fuel-main's stable/4.0 branch. The build happened on a 12.04.4 LTS Ubuntu server install that had been fully updated. Also, the node had been used for no prior fuel builds as this was the first done there. I ran the prepatory commands manually because there was no prep script.

Can you please elaborate which commands had been issued additionally, for which nodes and then?
It would be nice to have a fuel diagnostic logs snapshot attached to this issue as well.

I'm afraid this environment has been torn down since bug opening.. Sorry about that. I suppose you can close this.
