Bug Description
When using Plank, clicking the Minecraft icon spawns a new window (the bootstrap launcher) with its own icon. Then when launching Minecraft from bootstrap, another new window (the actual Minecraft Java window) spawns with its own icon.
For Plank, we can fix the first half by putting `StartupWMClass

We could, but Minecraft changes it's WM_CLASS constantly as it only uses "Minecraft $VERSION" and the version changes constantly. I think we have to life with this bug for now.
