Unable to start a deployment with block storage nodes

Bug Description

Deployment with block storage node count > 0 fails with the following error:

{"identityFault": {"message": "ERROR: Property error : BlockStorage0Deployment: input_values Index to \"Fn::Select\" must be an integer", "code": 500, "details": null}}

All the other roles work correctly - I can do a deployment with Controller + Compute + Object Storage, but not with Block Storage.
