Bug Description

After https://review.openstack.org/#/c/100804/ is merged, unittest failed with following message:
'VolumeManager' object has no attribute 'update_all_metadata'

I check cinderclient codes and find out only version above 1.0.7 is support this function, current version in requirement.txt is 1.0.6 .
Need to update requirement.txt to the right version.
