error on install shell distutils script included into the egg

I discovered some python eggs that includes bash script,

I try with buildout 2.2.1 (the error is in file easy_install.py function _distutils_script line 1097)

it look the first line if is an "#!" the replace '#!%(python)s'
so it replace the first line also if is like "#!/bin/sh" or other

also the file is edited and at the bottom buildout add the line to set the python paths
