Missing word in Inkscape Installer 0.48.5

Bug Description
Just noticed this when attempting to install 0.48.5 on a system that already had 0.48.4 installed on it.
When you get to the prompt asking you to un-install 0.48.4 so you can install 0.48.5, that prompt is missing a word.
"has already been installed." should be "Inkscape has already been installed.".
This is happening in Windows 7 x64 SP1 (English).
I've attached below a copy of the prompt when it showed up on my system.

This is fixed with the latest batch of NSIS installer improvements, specifically 15108 [1].
Feel free to test the latest pre-release package [2] and report back if you're still experiencing any problems.
