vrouter module parameters are not available

Linux kernel module parameters should be available in the folder '/sys/module/[module_name]/parameters/'.
It's not the case for the vrouter OpenContrail module (only the 'vrouter_dbg' parameter is available). Tested on Ubuntu 12.04 with kernel 3.2.0.
Also, the modinfo command lists all parameters available on a module and their default value. The vrouter OpenContrail module does not provide all default value of its parameters.

vrouter module parameters are not available

permission added to module params to make them available in sysfs.
Description along with default value added for all module params.
