You may need to run the following:

sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update

Then re-install the package.

If that does not resolve your issue, please mark the bug as "Confirmed"

Too late but thanks. I downloaded 14.04 and made a clean install. The only way to reproduce this is to make a clean install of 13.10 and upgrading. But I made this installation from an SD card made with the KDE USB creator. Do you think it will be useful to do the test ?
