Bug Description

Upon upgrade to kernel 3.2.0-64-generic #97-Ubuntu SMP x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I have noticed a bug on the Dock. This applies not to all but a random number of applications.

Two of which I have noticed are the Google chrome browser and any Integrated Development Environment which is based on Eclipse.

By default, when the application is placed on the Dock when selected, it should light up and the application should open up. And when minimized it should go back to where it was opened i.e. all clean and nice.

The behavioral difference after the patch on these two components is that, a new icon appears to display a running instance of the application. So if I were to click the short cut once again, rather that minimizing the running instance, another instance is opened.
