Create image in OpenStack Image Service API v2 Reference - API v2

The Create Image documentation suggests that the image ID needs to be included in the request to create the image. This is a substantial deviation from similar calls in other OpenStack APIs, so one of the following actions should be taken.

1. If the Image ID cannot be specified in the request (or is ignored when specified), the property should be removed from the Create Image Request example.
2. If the Image ID can or must be specified in the request, the documentation should be updated to explicitly state this fact.
