[DL-G41MXE, Realtek ALC662 rev1, Green Headphone Out, Front] fails after a while

Whenever I play the sound or music I see two devices working simultaneously one is the headphone and other is the analog sound I see it in sound settings but there is no headphone attahed to the device as the there is clipping of the sound
