Bug Description
while doing some arbitrary testing I noticed that some of the settings pages (Like cellular) don't handle landscape orientation properly. The pages don't flick if the content does not fit to them and also invoking the on-screen keyboard does not change the page bounds properly.
We already have a PageItem in common com ponents. This item should be augmented to add Flickables to all of the pages and handle keyboard bounds.

I would like to address this for rtm if possible, the behaviors are very inconsistent and some pages unusable. Assigning to myself to follow up
