Bug Description

Go to:
Sales -> "Open calling partner", press the "Create Call in CRM" button.

We have an error:
openerp.netsvc: 'wizard_create_crm_phonecall' object has no attribute 'create_open_crm_phonecall'
AttributeError: 'wizard_create_crm_phonecall' object has no attribute 'create_open_crm_phonecall'

Error in the method name:
../asterisk_click2dial_crm/wizard/create_crm_phonecall.py
