Bug Description
In 12.04 using vinagre fullscreen mode, the top menu appears, when you move the mouse pointer to the top of the screen, there is a small white line to indicate, where the top menu is.
In 14.04 nothing happens in this case and there is no indicator of the top menu. This means, you cannot come back to normal screen mode.
I tested it with a Netbook Samsung NC 10 plus and a Desktop with Asrock 960GM/U3S3 (integrated AMD Radeon 3000 graphics).
