grenade test fails due to tempest.scenario.test_dashboard_basic_ops.TestDashboardBasicOps.test_basic_scenario[dashboard]

Grenade dsvm-jobs are failing. Console output doesn't offer much, but looking at the grenade summary logs the culprit seems to be a dashboard ops test:

This suspiciously times with django_openstack_auth 1.1.6 being released.

Because this breaks smoke tests on icehouse, it means that any project
with upgrade testing fails.

Would be great if horizon folks code make this a top priority. Also, in
future, releasing new library versions on a saturday maybe best avoided. :)

    Adding back the forms.Login import

    Changing this breaks all older versions of Horizon. Adding it back
    in to allow older versions to continue working.
