Bug Description
Update the existing mapping for the Vestax VCI-300 for 1.12:
- Replace hand-crafted cue/play logic with the new Mixxx controls
- Replace script binding with direct mapping for both controls and outputs where possible
- Use Mixxx effect framework to provide a handy filter effect
