Bug Description
Sometimes, after a reboot, whoopsie sends large block of data (sometimes here 60+ megabytes) via https to the IP 91.189.92.55 (daisy.ubuntu.com).
User does not know what data is being sent "now", and why it is being sent "now". User only sees the uplink clogged for quite some time.
Workaround: disable the network, wipe out /var/crash and enable the network again.
There is no way to control whoopsie except disabling automated bugreports in the SystemSettings/
Suggestions:
- in the SystemSettings/
- alert the user if the datafile is larger than -say- 500 kilobytes and wait for user confirmation.
