Bug Description
Currently the mcollective password is hardcoded for the bootstrap image. We should probably set this password in ksopts when booting.

maybe using a cloud-init metadata would be good for this. It could possibly allow for some other hacking that I've seen needed from time to time (like drivers, updating nailgun-agent, etc...)
