[Dell Inspiron 5547/5447] Unable to control brightness with Intel Haswell GPU

Unable to control the brightness on this system.

Steps:
1. Install 14.04 + update (3.13.0-29), boot to desktop
2. Try to adjust the screen brightness with hotkeys and "Brightness and Lock" applet

Expected result:
* Screen brightness could be adjusted in both ways.

Actual result:
* Unable to control screen brightness, the brightness indicator would change according to key press on the hotkeys

This could be fixed by 3.16.0-rc4 as well

The GRUB tweak mentioned in comment #7 of bug 1332437
"video.use_native_backlight=1" works.

So I think this issue is well explained in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1332437/comments/8

Maybe we could set this as a duplicated one after we confirm these two bugs are identical.

Backlight control works

Steps:
1. Install 14.04, boot to desktop
2. Install kernel from [1], reboot
3. Adjust the backlight with hotkeys

Actual result:
* Backlight control works.
