Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Deploy env with Ceilometer
2) Go to the nodes tab, choose MongoDB node, click on Remove. Status is changed to "pending removal".
3) Click on Deploy button
Expected result:
Node is remove, setting checkbox is unchecked. Or, notification is shown that I should uncheck Ceilometer in settings first, and then remove MongoDB node.
Actual result:
"When Ceilometer is enabled, environment should have Telemetery - MongoDB node" when I click on Deploy button. In Settings, Ceilometer checkbox is disabled (grayed), so I can't uncheck it.

I don't think diag.snapshot is required: it can be easily reproduced on fake UI: http://

This bug conflicts with https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/fuel/ +bug/1325710 Because we need to enable settings change after the deployment. So, what should be the workaround?
