Bug Description
These three libraries are page of the glibc set, but not in the LSB. Need to
understand whether it's okay to leave them to be statically linked by lsbcc if
programs ask to do so, or if we should prevent that. An experiment has been
done with adding stub .a's to the lsb-build-base libraries, it does help defeat
configure checks assuming these libraries are okay to use. No proposal yet: need
to understand the issue better.
