Bug Description

Despite being fully-functional, my Apple Magic Mouse is shown to be in the "discharging" state at 0%. It is also marked "rechargable", which is false -- you need to replace the batteries when they run out.

Same problem here with Lenovo BT Laser Mouse with trusty.
The right battery level was displayed with trusty but since kernel update to 3.13.0-26 it only shows 0%.
