Bug Description

Have a user using makelsbpkg. Package is being built up from a directory of
files. A 32bit package being built under a 64bit environment.

setarch i486 /opt/lsb/bin/makelsbpkg

Checking the package with pkgchk yields (run on the same machine, not sure if
using setarch):

File inode (7fffffff) for ./opt/vti not the same as specified in
RPMTAG_FILEINODES (80640d4d)

/opt/vti is a directory (/some/directory/structure/opt/vti at build time)

Need to try and reproduce this.
