filenames of pictures sent via content-hub are not correct

Bug Description
- receive a MMS message on ubuntu phone that has a picture
- open the message in the messaging-app and save the picture to the gallery
- do this multiple times
- then shell into the phone and ls in ~/Pictures
Actual results:
- the filenames in ~/Pictures are in this format:
2.1
2.2
2.3
Expected results:
- the filenames in ~/Pictures should be consistent with the original filenmae

this also affects gallery. If you upload a photo from the gallery into gmail webapp as an attachment the filename is of a non-descriptive form which makes it not show up correctly inline for email clients
