Non existent link provided in the cloud-admin guide's plugin configuration section

"Install Networking Services " link provided in the plugin configuration section(of cloud admin guide) is non existent http://docs.openstack.org/icehouse/install-guide/install/apt/content/neutron-install-network-node.html

need to correct it and point it to http://docs.openstack.org/icehouse/install-guide/install/apt/content/neutron-ml2-controller-node.html by default

    Fix non-existent link in cloud-admin-guide

    This ensures that by default we point the ubuntu
    install guide's controller configuration section
    for database configuration details.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/openstack-manuals 15.0.0 release.
