Bug Description

Create new migration file where need to add new column to some table, ideally this field should visible via rest api.

Result of this task should be new gerrit review with migration file, then we will be able to create upgrade with this patch and to check that it works.

I've tested it on fuel-5.1-upgrade-11-2014-06-19_14-09-19.tar - it works, migration was successful.

I released this ticket because we don't need merged code as the result of the ticket.
Also this ticket was solved and tested for master branch (i.e. 5.1), it is the reason why I moved this ticket to 5.1.
