Bug Description

The ubuntu-mobile theme doesn't inherit from the Humanity or gnome icon themes (it only inherits from hicolor). This means when you run the Unity 8 session on Ubuntu desktop some standard applications don't have icons shown.

Examples of applications that don't show:
- Simple Scan (scanner icon)
- Gedit (accessories-text-editor icon)

These applications do not provide a specific icon and just rely on the system provided ones.

Proposed solution in lp:~robert-ancell/ubuntu-themes/mobile-inherits-gnome. I'm not sure if this the correct solution or we should be using a different theme for the desktop session. There doesn't seem to be any significant downside to inheriting from Humanity/gnome though.
