Bug Description

With maas 1.5.1+bzr2269-0ubuntu0.1 from Ubuntu 14.04, when you're
editing a cluster interface, the last 3 fields are:

 * Router IP
 * IP range low
 * IP range high

Perhaps, I'm just being particularly dense today, but to me it wasn't
at all obvious that these all refer to future MAAS nodes in this
cluster and are not fields about the cluster controller itself.

(After all, the cluster controller will almost always have a router IP
 of its own and it has to be different to what the MAAS nodes use.)

Perhaps the wording/layout could be improved or tool tips could be
used to make it clearer that these values relate to (configuration of)
MAAS nodes for this cluster rather than the CC itself?
