Ohai,

We would like to add the Octavia project to Gerrit. Hence, we would like to have an octavia-core group.

Please hold off on this. There is a name conflict on LP, and we are reconsidering the name.

As it turns out, 'octavia' being taken was a red herring. We have registered this project name in LP and would like to continue with octavia-core.
