Cannot receive MMS in Sonera (Finland) network

I cannot receive any MMS via the Sonera (Finland) operator. The attached nuntium log contains two failed attempts, apparently the WAP content type is not correctly decoded:
1. From a Jolla (Sailfish OS) device
2. From a Nokia C6 (Symbian OS) device
, both using the same Sonera (Finland) SIM card.

The receiving device also has a Sonera (Finland) SIM card, other info:

For reference, I do not run into this "Unhandled push pdu" issue when the receiving mako device has a Saunlahti (Finland) SIM card (and using the same sending device & SIM).

Same result when the MMS is sent from an Android device (Nexus 4, Android 4.2.2).

The original WAP content type parsing bug is fixed in branch lp:~sergiusens/nuntium/1330917, thanks.

But I immediately run into the next problem: The MMS PDU is now downloaded, but cannot be decoded.

The attached logs shows two attempts (using the same SIM cards as earlier):
1. From a Jolla (Sailfish OS) device
2. From a Nexus 4 (Android 4.2.2) device

Both attempts show a similar "Unable to decode m-retrieve.conf: cannot decode media type" error.

Tested again, with revision 44 of branch lp:~sergiusens/nuntium/1330917. Looks much better now, thanks
