Build with enchant support and upgrade version

Please build xmlcopyeditor when enchant is installed so that it uses enchant. See http://sourceforge.net/p/xml-copy-editor/bugs/153/ for initial bug report for Ubuntu and how to solve this. Make sure to test that it is actually using enchant by having only hunspell installed and aspell uninstalled.

While doing this, please also upgrade to latest stable version, which is currently 1.2.1.2

xmlcopyeditor is synced from Debian. It would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the package maintainers by following the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Debian/Bugs.
