Swfdec doesn't interfere with any other packages we have in the repositories, and uploading this would
allow us to package swfdec-mozilla 0.5.1 which brings a lot of benefits for us, both functionality wise
and new packaging practices, giving better experience to the use.

Changed in swfdec0.4:
assignee: nobody → motu-uvf

The current package is swfdec0.4. swfdec0.5 is a new package. UVFe is not required. Unassigning motu-uvf. Re-subscribing UUS. Also removing package assignment as this is not a swfdec0.4 bug.

Changed in swfdec0.4:
assignee: motu-uvf → nobody

Has my ACK. Good work - needs another one for upload. Packaging easily modified from 0.4 packages, installable in parallel.

Thanks for your work!

Changelog states you bump soname to 1.0.0, but the patch in debian/patches/ only updates configure.ac (and autoconf is not invoked).
I do not understand on the other hand, why we would need this soname magic, since it is a new package.

I would wait with the upload till this issue gets cleared.

From talk on irc, we've came to conclusion I'll work on 0.5.2 packaging.

The soname magic is because of cooperation with upstream and their wish
to have soname 1.0.0 (0.0.0 was a glitch!).

Thank you Aron and Daniel for taking the time to review.
