New version 4.13.2 of KDE/4.13 was released: http://kde.org/announcements/announce-4.13.2.php
But packages for precise still missing: https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/backports?field.series_filter=precise

I've no plans to backport these to precise. There's a new LTS out and we don't have the manpower to do backports to more than one at a time. (of course volunteers welcome)

Ok, then what is procedure for backporting packages to precise? I can try to do that.

uploading to utopic today I hope, shadeslayers says he wants to do the backporting to trusty, join us on irc in #kubuntu-devel to coordinate if you want to do it for precise too
