3) What is expected to happen opening https://launchpadlibrarian.net/193598539/output.pdf in Evince is one may zoom in to at least the expected 400%.

4) What happens instead is one may only zoom in to ~28%.

WORKAROUND: Use Firefox's built-in PDF viewer:

Teo, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please provide an example document that demonstrates this problem?

Yes, it obviously still is an issue. It hasn't been fixed and all is the same.

ANY document with a paper size equal to or bigger than the dimensions I mentioned will reproduce the issue. (sorry I don't have one ready that I can share, it should be trivial to generate one). The issue should be easy to spot in the source code without even reproducing it, btw.
