Bug Description

Not much to tell...

I am currently using 28.0, as that is the latest version that I can use (29/30 each try to start up, open up most of the windows, and then disappear with the report firefox crash window).

I had been using it for awhile (a couple of hours), been to many tabs, switched to another (unused so far today) tab, and firefox just vanished.

Since I used ubuntu-bug to submit this, all the usual system/OS info should be already available, but if for some reason it doesn't get attached, I will add uname -a, etc. in a comment...

It seems to me that in the last few (10 or so?) versions of FF, it has become somehow more fragile...

Scott,

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug over four years ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu and Firefox since that time.

There has been no activity on the bug report since your initial report. Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported? Please let us know if you do.

If we do not hear from you the bug report will close itself in approximately 60 days time.

Thank you for helping make Ubuntu better.
