Limit Matches to Bucket dropdown options should filter out internal buckets

Within the MARC Batch Import (Vandelay) screen, there is a Limit Matches to Bucket dropdown option that allows users to check for potential record matches against records in a specific bucket instead of the entire catalog (and act as merge/overlay targets). The options are not limited to just Record Buckets; they include the user’s Record Buckets, My List, and “Temporary” buckets. The temporary buckets are created internally by MARC Batch Edit (among other things). The temporary buckets should either be automatically deleted and/or filtered out of the Limit Matches to Buckets dropdown options.
