the mute key led can't work on some HP laptops

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot into system
2. Press Mute key to mute

Expected result:
Mute LED became to amber

Actual result:
Mute LED keep in white while mute

This bug is for tracking purposes, please do not triage.

    ALSA: hda - add capture mute led support in led_power_filter

    Now the led_power_filter() needs to handle 3 situations:
        - only mute_led_nid is set
        - only cap_mute_led_nid is set
        - both mute_led_ind and cap_mute_led_nid are set
