Bug Description
The Serials module would benefit from closer integration with the Acquisitions module. It should be possible to interact with Acq order information from the Serials interfaces. More detailed plans will be posted here soon.

Our main plan is to enable the addition of "subscription periods" to a serial subscription. A period would have start and end dates, and also link to the corresponding po_item/
