x11vnc has no -ssl option

Bug Description

Binary package hint: x11vnc

despite mentioned when starting:
#@ Or using the x11vnc SSL options: -ssl and -stunnel @#
and also mentioned several times in the man

the -ssl option is not working and is not explained.

Please build x11vnc with ssl support. Not everybody wants to use ssh tunnels.

It seems that a newer version of x11vnc is required to support -ssl mode. I don't know if that applies to gutsy as well, though.

no newer version is required, ssl is just not compiled in. SSL is available since version 0.8.1. Please also note the recent modification on the authors website:
    Debian: (.deb) http://packages.debian.org/x11vnc (N.B: old and unmaintained; better to compile from source)
