Please make window previews work with Xfwm (Xfce window manager)

could you please make window previews work with Xfwm (Xfce window manager)?

It would be much appreciated.

I'm sorry but I'm not sure it is doable. Previews works in kwin (and in compiz with kde compability plugin) because kwin let's you access the window thumbnails through dbus. Niether the xfce compositor or gnome's mutter has something similar to that as far as I know.

If you (or anyone else) know of a way to do it, please tell me.

Well, I don't know about Xfwm (Xfce window manager).

But with Mutter (or Muffin, the Cinnamon fork of Mutter), it seems to work, see:
