Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v3.15 kernel[0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag: 'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

If you are unable to test the mainline kernel, for example it will not boot, please add the tag: 'kernel-unable-to-test-upstream'.
Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as "Confirmed".

Thanks in advance.

Antoine-terracol: We recently incorporated some fixes into 14.04 to fix some disconnection issues seen with Intel 7260 wireless. Could you ensure that your system is fully up to date, reboot (making sure that you boot into the official trusty 3.13 kernel and not any newer kernel which you installed for testing), and let me know whether or not you're still having problems? If you are then we can continue trying to debug your issue. Thanks!

I can confirm that the bug still exists in 14.10.

Please indicate if a new bugreport is needed via ubuntu-bug - I am on the same hardware as Antoine-terracol, but with a completely up-to-date stock Ubuntu x86_64 installation
