Bug Description

The Supermicro X10SL7-F system doesn't have USB Keyboard working, so I end up with running but not accessible servers. It is tested with the 3.13.0-24, 3.13.0-27 and 3.13.0-29 kernels, all having this issue.

JSE, have you tested a prior release (ex. 12.04 server) to see if this would be reproducible?

I couldn't as we need to have support for Ceph, so running a 12.04 server won't make sense for us.
Running 3.15.0-031500-generic solves this issue with keyboard and network.

JSE, the next step is to fully reverse commit bisect the kernel in order to identify the fix commit for just the USB keyboard not working only. Could you please do this following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/KernelBisection#How_do_I_reverse_bisect_the_upstream_kernel.3F ?
