Incorrect Murano description in Fuel UI

Steps to reproduce:
1. In Fuel Web UI click on create OS environment button
2. Navigate to 'Additional Services'

Actual result:
As we can see, description under Murano checkbox is incorrect, murano 0.5+ can not deploy IIS, Microsoft SQL and ASP.NET
