Compute node in chapter 1 contains two ETH0 interfaces

Example architecture - chapter 1, page 9 has a figure depicting compute node networking aspects.
The figure describes erroneously two ETH0 interfaces instead of ETH0 and ETH1.
The lower rectangle (management network) should be changed to ETH1.

    Set management interface to eth1

    Set management interface to eth1 instead of eth0 which clashed with the
    public network interface of the compute node.
