Bug Description
Environmnent: Virtual Box, 1Gb of RAM for master and controller nodes, 2Gb for compute node.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Copy the last Fuel 4.1.x ISO (reproduced on build 357)
2. Start to deploy simple environment with 1 controller and 1 compute, Neutron GRE, CentOS, 'install Murano & install Savanna'.
Observed Result:
Deployment will FAIL and user can see only warnings in the logs (please see attached screenshot and snapshot for more detailed information)
