Bug Description

Dell Inspiron 5447 (CID 201401-14529) on 14.04

Steps to reproduce this bug:
1. install proprietary driver by clicking 'Ubuntu Software Center'-->Software sources--> the tab 'Additional Drivers'
2. select the suggested proprietary drivers fglrx or fglrx-updates
3. reboot the system
4. suspend the system by 'sudo rtcwake -s 60 -m mem' or the indicator in the top right of the desktop
5. press power to resume the system if you suspended the system by the indicator

Expected result:
the system will resume back to work.

Actul result:
When resuming from suspend, the system will resume back to the stage which shows you the desktop screen, and then freeze.
The resume screen looks fine but the system is freezed.

Both of fglrx and fglrx-updates have the same issue.
