gallery-app AP failures with Qt 5.3

Bug Description

Automated testing found the following autopilot tests failing in gallery-app when ran with Qt 5.3:
    gallery_app.tests.test_events_view.TestEventsView.test_select_button_cancel
    gallery_app.tests.test_events_view.TestEventsView.test_camera_button_visible
    gallery_app.tests.test_events_view.TestEventsView.test_delete_a_photo

Logs attached, a summary of the last lines of failures are:
ubuntuuitoolkit._custom_proxy_objects._common.ToolkitException: Button with objectName "selectButton" not found.
autopilot.exceptions.StateNotFoundError: Object not found with name 'ActionItem' and properties {'objectName': 'cameraButton'}.
ubuntuuitoolkit._custom_proxy_objects._common.ToolkitException: Button with objectName "selectButton" not found.
