Background label limits mapper functionality

Bug Description

Mudlet 2.1
Win XP

If the mapper widget is drawn over an underlying label, wherever the two overlap the dragging functionality for moving rooms will not work. (http://forums.mudlet.org/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4534)

Confirmed the issue, still present in 3.0-iota.
